Experienced Supply Planning Executive
Your role in a nutshell:
The purpose of this role is to manage tactical and operational planning ensuring that supply chain plans are fully integrated with business strategies. Supply Planning Executive identifies material and capacity constraints and develops options to mitigate these constraints. This role is responsible for identifying risks and determining future requirements. This role also manages short term supply planning activities arising after constrained plan approval ensuring that executed supply chain plans are fully integrated with the delivery plans, being responsible for exception management – ensuring that exceptions are resolved or escalated to the relevant level in the organization.

What you'll do:
- Creating supply plans
- Preparing and driving Supply Review Meeting
- Sharing month material requirement forecast with suppliers, identifying potential supplier risks or constraints over the full planning horizon
- Preparing and driving the Supplier collaborative forecasting meeting
- Meeting with suppliers to evaluate their performance - identifying main root causes
- Inventory management
- Monitoring predefined supply plan and identifying potential exceptions that require specific actions (major changes in demand/supply and material shortages)
- Preparing scenarios and applying pre-defined protocols for each of the exceptions and follow-up on exception resolution
- Escalating specific exceptions that require approval to be resolved
- Improving supply planning processes
- Communication with other functions to ensure alignment on key strategies and business priorities
Elvárások:
What you will bring to the team:
- 5+ years of experience in related areas of supply chain
- Technology experience is preferred
- Graduation from an engineering department is preferred
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
