Supply and Production Planner

Task(s):

• Preparing mid and long term packaging plans on monthly basis
• Controls short term planning and scheduling on CAN and Bottle line
• Manage data preparation for SRM and S&OP in time in a good quality
• Analysing manufacturing plans, capacities and costs to ensure effective and optimal production on CAN and Bottle line
• Understand demand plan provided by Commercial Company and analyses potential impact of production schedule changes on short-mid-long term on forecast requirements
• Understand and articulate relevant trade-offs and communicate outcome to stakeholders
• Seek ongoing improvements in the process and systems managed by or feeding into/receiving output from this role, implement smaller improvements continually, propose larger improvements to manager
• Controls plant inventory level and ensured stocks meets to the standards
• Coordinates with Demand Planning and Customer Service on a daily basis to ensure right stock allocation between depots and to achieve maximum service level
• Controls plant warehouse utilization, in case of shortage manage stock transfers and ensure proper information flow with Customer Service and Warehousing
• Maintain production plan (short and long term) on CAN and Bottle line that ensures SLA targets (stock availability and stock level)
• Minimize obsolescence by shelf life follow up and optimal stock level at plant
• Achieve the lowest effective supply chain costs where possible
• Measuring/reporting production and supply KPI’s
• Ensuring more effective long-term production plan
• Ensures capacity standards are maintained in planning program
• Creates and updates Production Service level Agreement

Requirement(s):

• Bsc or Msc degree
• Fluency in English
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Ability to work transversally
• Ability to find consensus between functions
• Change management, able to implement new processes
• Capacity to work on short, mid and long term issues
• Creditability vs. sales and marketing managers
• Conflict management, cross functional relationship
